About Us

Vadodara Gas Limited (VGL) is a Joint Venture Company (JVC) formed between GAIL Gas Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of GAIL (India) Limited) and Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC).

The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has granted authorization to VGL for laying, building, and expanding the City Gas Distribution Network covering Vadodara and Chhotaudepur districts.
